About Lisa Hardin
Lisa Hardin is a partner of Hardin Waldrip Law, PLLC where she enjoys working with Colorado and Texas clients to develop a personal and comprehensive estate plan. Lisa’s practice also includes a variety of transactional deals, including, dental practice transitions, buy-sell agreements, purchase and sale of businesses, and entity formation. While in law school, Lisa clerked for Judge Michael Spear of the 18th Judicial District. Lisa was also a law clerk for the Denver City Attorney’s Office and a small Denver estate planning firm. Lisa served as a student attorney in the Civil Litigation Clinic and Wills Lab at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Prior to forming Hardin Waldrip Law, PLLC, Lisa was a partner at Davis & Hardin, PLLC.
Lisa was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She moved to Boulder, Colorado to attend the University of Colorado. Lisa then attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law for her law degree. In addition, Lisa received a Masters of Taxation in Law at the University of Denver.
Lisa’s hands-on exposure to a wide variety of cases and clients has been an essential tool in her practice of law. Her passion for the law translates to her everyday life and most importantly to her work product. Lisa is ready to commit her time to you and your needs.
When not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, and two boxers, who all keep her busy!
