About Lisa Hardin

Lisa Hardin is a partner of Hardin Waldrip Law, PLLC where she enjoys working with Colorado and Texas clients to develop a personal and comprehensive estate plan. Lisa’s practice also includes a variety of transactional deals, including, buy-sell agreements, purchase and sale of businesses, and entity formation.

With a focus on estate planning, estate administration, and business transactions, Lisa helps individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. Known for a practical yet compassionate approach, she guides clients through complex legal decisions with clarity and confidence. Lisa combines her legal knowledge with a commitment to building lasting relationships and providing her clients with solutions that grow with them.

Lisa was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She moved to Boulder, Colorado to attend the University of Colorado. Lisa then attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law for her law degree. In addition, Lisa received a Masters of Taxation in Law at the University of Denver.

Lisa’s hands-on exposure to a wide variety of cases and clients has been an essential tool in her practice of law. Her passion for the law translates to her everyday life and most importantly to her work product. Lisa is ready to commit her time to you and your needs.

When not working, Lisa enjoys playing tennis, traveling, skiing and spending time with her daughter, husband, and very goofy American pitbull, Boop, who all keep her busy!
