About Louis Davis

Lou Davis is an attorney and Of Counsel with Hardin, Waldrip, & Davis, PLLC. Prior to this role, Lou was a partner with Davis & Hardin, PLLC and conducted his own law practice since 1973. From 1970 to 1973, Lou worked in the tax department of the international accounting firm, Arthur Young, as a certified public accountant.

With over 40 years of experience, Lou’s practice has focused on estate planning, estate administration, estate and gift tax planning, and business succession planning, as well as transactional work involving the sale and purchase of businesses and entity formation. He has had a special focus on working with dentists and doctors.

While not working, Lou spends time with his wife, Jackie, his two sons and their wives, and four beautiful grandchildren.
